Your analysis is right, my observation is:

-In the H&S bottom the breakout from the neckline is not on as strong a volume as one would like to see (actually the two big price jumps were on a volume less than average of about 7M), can this limit the upside implications? or is it because we have not seen enough upgrades to suck investors in?
