Portal for European Rental Markets Selects New Solution Configuration for Internet Customer Relationship Management (eCRM)

Industri-Matematik International Corp. (NASDAQ:IMIC) today announced Yellowrent.com, an e-business portal for the rental of goods and services in Europe, has selected its new eCRM configuration. Yellowrent.com will use the solution to manage all activities involved in revenue generation and customer interactions, leveraging the Internet to provide quality service to customers across Europe.

Yellowrent.com (www.yellowrent.com) provides a portal for renting villas, cottages and apartments throughout Europe. It operates in five languages and has plans to expand into other products and services. The Company provides one-stop shopping for Web customers to search for information on available properties as well as book, confirm and pay for rental properties.

Industri-Matematik eCRM software will manage Yellowrent.com's customer service needs generated from any contact source, including electronic mail, Internet chat, telephone, fax and Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) devices. It will provide Yellowrent.com marketing and sales automation as well as contact center capabilities. The Internet software will enable Yellowrent.com sales agents to have access to the portal through a role-adaptable Web interface.
