Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't the $300K + used to pay off this mysterious Pakistanian to screen "herbal extracts" paid in the form of PRLN stock? What a crock. It was Rhodes' personal Reg S deal designed to push the stock lower. The Pakastanian justed churned those shares right back into the market!
