Release talked specifically about API debt. Could "global financing" mean financing package for ALL debt? That's how I read it. Dilution is out in '98 a ways. Company could keep current the early payments, at 40,000, and 85,000, if they only earn what they earned last quarter. It buys EXSO some time for the turnaround.
