Ironically, considering the ACORN child abuse angle, Harshbarger rose to prominence by prosecuting the Fells Acres Day Care Center case in the 1980s at the height of the child abuse hysteria. But he didn't have the name of a pushover as AG. He's not going to want to look like a patsy. Throw the book at some midlevel managers, maybe have Bertha Lewis quit, absolve Obama and the White House, that may be the script.
