Brian, re: Vinod Khurana [Off-Topic]

Cons involving poses of expertise are always prevalent - they exploit our training in reliance upon authority, as well as basic human fallibilities.

Vinod is an object lesson to newbies and other unwary readers as to why one should not take any posts on their face. As an object lesson, his continued presence may yet serve a salutary purpose. When he posts, and I rejoin with some of his history, the unwary may thereby learn to more careful.

His presence on the MSFT and Intel threads is unpleasant of course - but he is rapidly discovering that his influence on those stock prices is imperceptible at best, so he is reduced to wasting his time and that of those extremely few casual readers who read his posts and miss my caveat. In doing so, his actions remain too pitiful for words.

My latest caveat is at:

You are free of course to cite it whenever warranted, at your discretion..

IMHO

Best regards,

[P.S. We can still exchange posts of substance - it just requires learning which posters to skip over in finding the substance. < g >]
