ME /ICVI turn to RUN will come... SOON! remember the FUNDAMENTALS are what attract us to ME (not ICVI)-those HAVE NOT changed. Use the price to your advantage by accumulating! Even DGIV would pause and take a "breather" after each run up! Each plateau is higher than the next-that is the only way to sustain a NICE LONG rally based on periodic NEWS, which may be DUE any moment now!
