That's what happens when people and organizations go with the knee-jerk reaction. We're taking you to court! They often don't realize what it means to be a plaintiff. When I interview prospective clients on the plaintiff side, I make sure they understand the pitfalls, particularly when they would be placing their mental state and personal integrity in issue.
