It is clear that ESST can't continue as they have. I believe this is the fourth bad quarter in a row. Not coincidently, things started going wrong for them when they took on CUBE and drove the price of VCD chips to price levels where they couldn't make a profit. ESST mentioned they needed to rethink their video business strategy in China. If they ease up on the price war, CUBE should enjoy at least steady ASP's, which would be a big boost to revenue.
