Hello Mr. Kavanagh,

It's good to see you here on the board! I, like the all the shareholders here welcome your comments. I received the annual report and financial statements today via snail mail and have read your opening dialogue. I feel that with this technology, 1998 should bode well for the company. I hope to make it out for the annual meeting to participate in discussions with the growth plans for the company. If a 10 fo 1 share consolidation does take place, it will certainly be easier for the stock to move up in price providing all the right events take place. It's also good to see that after conversion of the debentures, that only 70 million shares would be outstanding as I was under the impression that it was closer to 100 million. Seven million shares is not a lot of shares and the stock could move up very quickly!
