i'm not looking for T to enhance their bottom line thru cost-cutting. I'm hoping for EVA (economic value added) earnings thru growth in the international markets. T can still win spots in Latin America, SE Asia, and the eastern blocs. It might be the ultimate dream come true if T gets everything they're bidding on. But I view this as unnecessary, for T only needs to win 20-50% of these to win back the 'long-gone' institutional investors.

I believe T can reach 50 in 12 months and 40 in 3 if interest rates goes back to 6.75% within that time.
