Actually, case 1 looks fine, as few daytraders are going to expect the high 13s on no news. The high volume could be a bit of quiet accumulation near the lows, followed by daytraders trying to get a little ride out of each days PR that we've had of late, some of whom aren't successful, returning the stock towards the beginning price.
