Ga Bard,

Slow down. Why the personal attack? I do not have time for this senseless, childish debate so I will try to explain a few things one last time for you and any other followers of this thread, whether they be "lurkers" or active posters. Since I am fairly certain that Mr. Frank Fontaine is your alter ego (Sorry, but your poorly executed disguise doesn't fool me for a second. If anyone else wants to do a little detective work, simply read the previous posts -- on this thread and elsewhere -- between these two characters, check the banter and notice the time stamps. Fontaine is no more than a self-created cheerleader for Mr. Bard). Secondly, it appears to me as though you are a major, rank amateur BS'er who is trying to overcome a history of investment failures by "hyping" your own picks in the very manner you claim to detest. For instance, in your bio you profess to have spent some time at "Perdue" University (sic). I assume that's the famous poultry farm on Maryland's eastern shore? The other, less foul (hey, I still have my sense of humor!), spelling is "Purdue". Can't imagine spending two years at any university and not knowing how to spell its name.

You made remarks which imply I'm trying to depress the price of AGTI or worse yet, short it. These remarks are tasteless and are way out of line. Anyone with an ounce of common sense who reviews the last six months of this thread can see how wrong you are. And before you refer to me as an "idiot" or to my comments as "nonsense", let just say that I DO know how to spell Purdue and I DIDN'T lose $14K of my $20K bankroll THIS YEAR as did you. Yes, I read your little bio at members.aol.com. Now THERE's a model of success for others to follow. For your information, I am personally LONG on AGTI with over 120,000 shares. Between myself and three other partners at work, we're holding almost 1/2 million shares, prompting my company's controller to strongly recommend my attendance at AGTI's shareholder meeting. So don't preach to me about depressing the price or short selling this stock.

Now to the heart of this stupid debate. I am very excited about the growth prospects for AGTI and I believe that we investors are going to have a happy future in the appreciation of our investments. But I do realize the possibility of a reverse split exists in the future, even if the possibility may be remote. I have said I am not predicting this will happen, and certainly not advocating it. The issue was removed from the proxy, that's all. This does not mean it can never be revitalized and if it resurfaces, I merely want investors to see that such a strategy may not be as dismal as you and others have represented. Maybe AGTI will become a small cap of its own accord, whenever earnings start to speak for us. But if that doesn't happen soon enough to please AGTI management, what else would you propose they do to get the stock up in the $5 range, wherein lies the real action? You have stated words to the effect that reverse splits are always negative and that they never work. Other posters have expressed similar opinions. I "challenged" you in my post number 303 to give me some statistics to support that claim, as I challenged someone months ago. Similar to that earlier incident, I notice you artfully dodged my question and instead babbled something about other options, apparently referring to your previous statement about cancelling shares, and proclaimed that "the so called standard reverse...only helps MM's". I then asked how any company can reduce outstanding shares without a buyback of some kind, with the exception of shares held in a collateral arrangement against debt. Likewise, no response from you but rather a personal attack on me. Best defense is a good offense? And as in my response to Barbara, AGTI has no MM's. I confirmed this with Bob Hunziker, AGTI's director of investment relations, this past Friday. I'm not an expert on this, nor have I ever claimed to be. So why don't you just check it out for yourself with Mr. Hunziker?

I wish I had never speculated regarding reverse splits, but I did so for a reason, and certainly not to harm AGTI. I stand to lose far more than most people, unquestionably more than you, if this little company doesn't fare well. But if (that's IF, a hypothetical) a reverse split should
be requested by AGTI management in the future, I would sincerely like to know why you and so many others see this as some kind of death blow for us investors. I personally fail to see this as an inevitable poor consequence and I was trying to convey this to my fellow investors. I have no experience with reverses, and since you sounded the "death blow" warning, I assume you have the experience I lack. Your warning was quite solemn, so I ask you to convince me with fact. This request seems clear and simple enough, or do I need more "kitty/meow, doggy/bark" expressions befitting of the esteemed Perdue curriculum?

I actually started laughing when I read the barrage of BS coming from you, either as the Bard (Wm. Shakespeare must be howling, also) or as the roughshod Mr. Fontaine. Even analogies to auto dealerships, very coincidental with one of my recent posts on the PLSIA thread. Hmmmm, now what to make of that?

And I am not, nor have ever been, negative regarding AGTI. But I AM honest. What about you, Mr. Bard/Mr. Fontaine/Mr. Swancey/Mr. Perdue?
