A couple of weeks ago I had a telephone conversation with a WSJ reporter concerning another matter. I raised the name Yorkton in the conversation when suddenly the reporter chuckled. It seems the reporter was quite familiar with Yorkton's antics in years past. They were crooked then and they are crooked now.
