If Microsoft own a monopoly and abuse the monopoly power to harm the consumers, then Microsoft should definitely be punished. But, the fact is Microsoft is not a monopoly , the FOF can not offer any evidence at all, and did not abuse the monopoly power ( if you do not have a monopoly , how can you abuse the monopoly power ?). Quite on the country , Microsoft built the PC industry and open the door for the internet age , which benefit all the people, the consumers. The Judge is wild sided to the DOJ, and do not have any knowledge at all about the Hi Tech industry. It is really a shame we have such a person to rule this case about the modern Hi Tech industry. This set up a very bad model for the future Hi Tech industry , and disaster will last long and will hurt both you and me and the modern civilization. Well, what can I say, the overly expanded political power is always being abused, and this is the major problem in this country !!!!!and the law is not exercised fairly !!!!
