I'm spectulating that CSCO is going to buy Aptis. I know they have a carrier class RAS and it is being beta tested by WCOM. This is the only shot that CSCO may have to make a major short term improvment in the RAS market.

Very good speculation. It caused me to look up Aptis, but it does not seem to be publicly held. Any information on it?
