Listen, there is nothing to stop you from saying, or writing into the constitution, the "right" to basic health care. Just as there are a bunch of other "rights" (to bare arms, for instance). We decide what our own rights are, not some supernatural power.

I not going to get into a word parsing marathon of "natural", "unnatural", "negative" or "positive" rights.
