Also rhetorically, I would add: they should be warned against doing so, before, during and/or after such a risky escapade. Also rhethorically: if they do so, that fact should be no defense or excuse for a rapist. [These points do not directly relate to the current situation - I just make them because of the example you gave.] Anyway, though interesting, all of this is a matter other than the one I presented. No further response is necessary - as I said earlier, I was simply trying to prevent the waters from becoming muddied. Best regards, Arno
