I can't not count how many 10 billion dollar companies have been written off. Apple will not die. It will live forever in some shape or form. Yes sales are declining, but so are sales for mainframes, and people have been saying they have been dead for the last 6 years. Apple has the critical mass to survive. The competitive business cycle they are in is constantly changing. Apple along with all other companies are having to adapt. Dell seems to have the best business model going forward. I don't hear anyone saying Compaq is dead. Compaq is having to react to Dell winning strategy. One thing for sure is what worked today will not work tommorrow, that is why it is so important to have a CEO with vision. Apple has staying power they will make the necessary transistions, right now they are behing the curve, but they seem to be making some good progress. The million dollar question is this the bottom?

My two cents, YES!
