"Why doesn't C-Cube buy the VCD biz from ESS? They are loosing their ass in VCD, C-Cube has the cash, that in theory would bring in Shinco (aprox 30% of total VCD biz)." CUBE sells to Shinco too !!!!!! And from the feel of it, I bet ESST will exit the VCD business altogether, and Shinco will have to use Cube exclusively. Why bother buying anything from ESST, they stink.
