Hank, It is not my intent nor do I think it is yours or anyone on this thread to destroy the company. A shareholders suit could do just that. It seems to me that there is a better vehicle to achieve our goal and make those responsible for this mess pay. A "Shareholders Derivitive Suit" on behalf of the company could be the better way. Shareholders have the right to bring legal action against the officers and directors without harming the company. It might be something to check out with the attorney. Harold
