[off topic] Is it really likely that management of 300 companys all were misleading? Maybe it is a problem with the lawyers and the system. Glenn -- I agree completely. Even if I thought a company were negligent, I wouldn't spend my time, money, or emotional energy in court. All part of why I look at management as carefully as possible. Pat
