Again, as I said before, I believe you're looking a gift horse in the mouth. Although we do agree on one thing: WHT is by far the superior company. Yet I think the combination (be it at 4:1 or 3:1) will be a blockbuster. I believe the merger has a better than even chance of occurring, so you will probably wind up tendering eventually anyway, unless you choose not to be a part of the combined miner. And not getting in on the ground floor of a company with such positive forward outlook, and excellent management credentials, would be a mistake.

I do agree that the 'dog and pony show' only served to proved that both CEO's are 100% sold (and seeking to sell others) on this deal.
