Thank you, Jerome, I did not see SanDisk's name mentioned in the press release, but I did not realize the company was not part of the organization, so I surmised it might be a "rising tide lifts all ships" phenomenon. Mabye it is just that, if someone not in the know (such as I) (1): saw the activity in flash, (2): looked at the flash companies and noted which were down dramatically but had good financials, then jumped to their broker because they could buy a couple of bazillion shares for a pittance.

As you say, volume is high, but the only big trades (>10K) according to Lombard's chart were at the 9-1/4 to 9-5/8 level. The trades over 10 were by and large much smaller. Some say this points to individual investors.

BTW, FLSHF apparently made the same percentage move last week.

Just as puzzled as everyone else,
