RE: 5K block sells... I remember reading somewhere that one of the online brokers has a special deal that lets you trade up to 5K shares at some miniscule fixed commission, but if you go over 5K in a single trade, the commission rate skyrockets. Could be somebody taking advantage of that rate structure here... -R
