Kerm/ You follow Upton URC-T and tagged a couple of news releases in message #322. One of the releases is re: resignation of VP Finance - party line is that guy didn't want to move from Saskachuck to Cowgary. Do you think this is at face value or is there possibly something happening underneath? I believe, as you've highlighted in the past, that Maxx Petroleum is hooked together with Upton in some plays. From your perspective is everything still solid? I have a small position is MXP - supposedly the latest Nesbitt Burns Red Book (haven't personally seen specific research) deals favourably with MXP.
