Thanks for the infomation about the SEC investigation of IAUS. Prompted by your post, I read the other recent filing by IAUS with the SEC. A recent one discloses that, not only is IAUS under investigation by the SEC, but there are indications Neldon Johnson has been hawking "his own" IAUS stock and then loaning the sale proceeds -- of course without documentation -- to IAUS. Characterized differently, it appears that Mr. Johnson has been acting as a sales agent or broker of IAUS in regard to unlawful securities sales. This is serious business. Mr. Johnson will likely have his own SEC problems. The mess expands. Regards, Kimball Corson
