Agreed......Lurie and crew earned the "Cheap" perception during his first few years of ownership. When he bought the team in 1994 and for a few years thereafter, the primary issue was "cash flow". (Lurie was heavily leveraged)

They (i.e. Banner) have done a fantastic job in recent years managing the cap and being able to retain talent.

I believe they will bring back Douglas and also will resign Dawkins. I don't believe either Vincent or Taylor will be back after their contracts expire.
