Both the "..Purple Gang.." and the "..pseudoWWE 'Frolic is Fiji'.." are literary inventions of my intellect designed to create a little comaraderie and fun for the Longs. This was a specific response to the fact that we are dealing with what you and the snooty-ass, anti-OTCBB, anti-Pink Streeters would refer to as a "..Mafia Stock.."!!!
'strat_nut' is a "..made mug.." by default. We are all suffering through a defacto Quiet Period, we're all a little frustrated by the 2-week slip in the travel schedule, but most of us are still collecting on any dips - because we KNOW what we have here.
The reason we can afford to be a little silly about all this (..the way my grandgirlie likes me to be..) is that SPRL is most probably the "..Chevy Chase - Deal of the Century.."!!! And, we already know that every 'jaded and unstudied skeptic' who looks at it is probably going to immediately go into "..know-it-all snarl-&-sputter-mode.." prior to completing their DD.
We all know that roaring pieces of crap like USCI, CMKX, MLON and QBID are worthless P-&-Ds run by scurrilous, lying azzholes. There are no "..starry-eyed Penny newbies.." here -- unless they are lurking......
SPRL, on the other hand, is run by people we have determined know what they're doing, and they have put 10+ years of work into it before creating a public company out of their private corporation. Given what they've had to go through with the SPRU-to-SPRL r/m and conversion they would probably IPO it - if they had to do it all over again. That means, we'd all be begging for rich-guy set-aside shares at $10 each from jerkoff's like Goldman-Sachs - rather than owning 1MM+ shares of a stick of potential financial dynamite.
You need to do your homework, thoroughly - and make a decision. Or, you need to write this off and go elsewhere. No disrespect intended; but there isn't going to be any dispursion casting at 'known Longs' on this Board - period, end of report.
