Pure BS, IMHO. ..Uncle Jim and Bubba Willie have all the work 99 & 98/100ths % done to go OTCBB with PLNI, per my understanding. The people they have been seeing in NYC, etc., are all acclimated to the PLNI name and symbol.
Changing horses in the middle of the stream would be both silly and disruptive at this juncture. "..Streeter Financial Suits.." don't like changes of that nature. And, PLNI is certainly the perfect symbol for "..Plasticon International..".
TBLU was and/or is a deep-pocketed-players "..Gang Bang.." P&D orchestrated by some shrewd manipulators who did their secinfo.com homework on Signatories.
Other 'quiet-for-a-while' companies like ILCO, RWRD, WFTV, etc., have gotten the same treatment. They wait a while after some previous activity, collect quietly, then send out their RB-pumpies and hit it hard one day - dumping bigtime at the HOD on down.
