Eric, You're correct. In fact, the yahoo.com quote server carried the news at 9:03AM this morning and that is where I posted the release from. Spencer apparently posted to AOL as soon as the company officially released the news to the wire services. Each wire service has their own schedule and since DJones is the most widely followed, that is why I was wondering when, in fact, they actually posted it. I'm looking for some follow through tomorrow. I mean, I'm no genius, but I have to believe that individuals, as well as speculative brokers trading their own accounts, will continue to recognize what seem to be drastically improving fundamentals. It may be that everyone is waiting to see the processor up and operational. Oh well, I've waited since June, a couple of more weeks doesn't mean much to me.... :0) Regards, Ron
