What will it take to move the stock?

It's hard to say. Several years ago, T dropped into the 20's and off the radar screens of SI investors as well. There were no current postings. My guess is that when the P/E ratio drops to 20 or below, value investors will suddenly discover the stock. Then, if earnings come in higher than the market expects, we will see the herd phenomenon kick in and the stock will rise significantly.
