Jim actually... Ameritrade told me it's called something like a Manning fill. The MM's see a buy and sell come in at the same price and they fill both there to wipe it off the books. I got SFAD the other day at .20 the day's low when it had closed the day before at .26. I didn't really want it and put in the crazy .20 offer the night before for the next day and it was filled even though the low for the day was .20. Lakers
