Dear Ralf: I read your whole missive. I think it proves, no matter how smart you think big company execs and lawyers are, they put their Pants (or panyhose) on same as you or I and are susceptible to the same human foibles as you or I. I agree with the statement that MSFT's intrangience and willful failure to work out a "deal" is the biggest mistake ever made at MSFT. The shareholders will bear the brunt of the egos involved. Too bad. JDN
