Jozef, NSM's 4th qtr,FY99 ended the end of May. We're in a new qtr now. The article you're referring to means 4th qtr of CY99, which is basically NSM's FY00Q3.

Also, RE: Forbes, I'm glad NSM is holding out for a good price. Cyrix and the fab will be sold, together or seperately, no question about it. The real question is how much can they get for them? Should be an interesting rest of the year for NSM.
