Kenneth, would you know who makes the fiber optic transceivers employed in Cisco"s routers? anent your query on agilent's new chip. it is a bubble chip, a cross connect device. the take i got at the OFC was that it was a useful device, but not a killer solution. not something that should make a significant difference to the internet and to agilent's stock price. but i only know a few guys there. jack
