Dear Lee: Well, it finally showed up. I "used" to trade but got my ass kicked a few times. Now, I look first for fundamental changes in the overall picture (Macroeconomics so to speak) then try to find individual companies which might benefit within that environment. Finally, check out the companys Management (most important thing to me), financial resources, track history and where possible backlog. Then I buy and sit on it like a frog on a lilypad. SUNW IMHO meets all of above. Doing that much homework no way in hell am I going to trade it. haha. JDN
