Ouch, that is not within the constitutions of that many nations these latest 150 years. (who would really want a minority government?? one good guess might be that the majority would not??)
OK, even the Swedes have that funny problem, another sign of how deeply they have degenerated just since the 1960s. (but they actually reformed their ancient 1700-system in 1971, but taking another step forward seem to take some additional time, maybe 2020??)
Maybe earlier, they are practicing somewhat hard (just to get their stuff uptodate for the euro)
Who knows, maybe London City too if they promise something before 2050?? (Scotland, Wales and Ireland have already done it, just waiting for London-Blondon)
However, England might actually pop up something, if things go they way they were planned, but things can always go, even badly, wrong. (Bliar seem to have to postpone everything, as well as all the rest, although there is no rest-party yet in even Blondon) |
