Hmm South Korea down sharply this evening....Everything else up and I mean up. Some countries up 10%.

I wonder what is going on?

Will this rise in THQI stall out now and drift down before moving to a new high or just get there in a rush? I was thinking that the stall- decline-rise path was most likely but if the overall market has a big day tomorrow who knows.
