This is what I conclude. The number of "development partners" sampled was under five. I suspect these included Microdesign Resources - for P rating testing and some company in Texas (I don't recall their name at the moment) that does x86 compatibility testing under non-disclosure agreement.

This could put the actual number of customers that received samples at only three - at least as of last week.

So - the jury is still out. I'd say hold 'em until some word about overall compatibility, performance, design wins, etc. is received.
