Dear Robin and other Threaders,

I spoke with the SEC yesterday, September 16. As a matter of policy, they will not either confirm or deny that an investigation is underway.

However, I was assured that, by sending material to Mr. Lapins (the "cc" of my letter, and to follow), then IF there is an ongoing investigation, the material will be routed to the proper file.

If there is no investigation currently underway, stockholders' sending incriminating information to this office could help precipitate one. If there is an investigation already underway, stockholders' sending incriminating information could bolster the case. As I see it, sending complaints and concerns to the SEC is win-win.

If you are concerned about the actions of our Board of Directors, I urge you to detail those concerns to the SEC.

Mr. Al Lapins
Office of Investor Assistance
SEC
