phoenix - excellent post, very informative. I agree with you about reversal zones, e.g., the 2 pm reversal (today in NQ) but what I would suggest is that you lose very little by jumping in a tick or so later - notice how many daily trends can cover 20 or 30 pts - or like today a big 45. I think that the other important issue is to observe the action of the "tape." From the 2 pm high it just "dripped" down without any substantial move up (except 1440-1450). I kept waiting for the down to stabalize and reverse - yeah right. Why not just follow it down? Let it roll. Anyway, thanks again for sharing your thoughts. - George
