Mark, you're confusing the hell out of a lot of people, including me. Regarding your V.P. friend at Nurex who you told me ( by Email) told you this opinion about myotrophin and the FDA at 7 a.m. Monday ( don't know time zone), you then went on to subsequently post the following on the Motley Fool board: <<Subj: Optons activity Date: 12 May 1997 11:23:25 EDT From: HedgeGuru Message-ID: <19970512152301.LAA02753@ladder01.news.aol.com>
The open intrest for the August 15 call is 4131 as of this morning. Thats huge. There is nothing close to that size volume in that month on either the call side or the put side. I smell something. >>
So depending on your time zone, you post what I see as a rather bullish post between 1 to 4 hours after you were given this information, if you're living anywhere in pacific, mountain, standard or eastern time zones. This flip-flopping with your information creates a lot of suspicion, and I know it is why at least one went ballistic on you the other day including making a big fuss about finding you online in a teenage chat room.
Also to The Dermatologist: What do I think of the Barron's article? I think it was as full of holes as your apples. It misstated the conclusion of the advisory board and called Cephalon a one-product company, among other false statements. It was a real example of totally reckless journalism, and now that we have 3 1/2 days of trading under our belts since the article came out, it didn't make an impact. |
