I like KOREA in general and have all along relative to IIJI, SIFY, CHINA, etc. but today's news really isn't that huge. The MSFT aura was already there. The fact that it owns 10% of the company rather than 5% doesn't make me feel any different about the company. And I think that is why the stock is stagnating. It should hit 50 and beyond though in the future based on solid fundamentals.
