I believe the tillamook PentiumMMX-266 on .25u runs at 1.8 volts. The PentiumMMX could easily run at 300 or even 333 at around 2 volts I suspect.
It was AMD that had to raise the voltage to get the 233 on .35u.
They also have to use 2.2 for the .25u K6-266 and 300. Higher than what Intel would use for a PentimMMX-266-300-333. I think.
