So, if none, then how can people start their PCs if the hardware is not preloaded with all the necessary software so that user can just turn on the machine and run the program ? The more choice , the more consumers got confused , how can that benefit the consumers ? To buy this from vendor A, and that from Vendor B to make your computer runnable ( if you lucky enough have the knowledge about what to buy and where to buy) will end up with higher price to the consumers than buying from one single vendor and have everything ready !!!! I do not see such kind of more choice to the consumers will benefit and not harm the consumers at all !!!! What the DOJ is talking about ? I think , just , again and again , abuse its overly expanded political power , which truly to be regulated by the people in the next election , a very big issue !!!!
