For traders...perhaps.

For investors, no chance. This company's short, mid and long term prospects are not affected by ORCL's bean counters determination to charge off the acquisition in this fashion.

P.S. I think the restatement was from $0.11 to $0.01. The restatement does not change the precharge net of $0.15.
