"MaxPain" for options is the closing price of the underlying stock or index that minimizes the dollar value of the open options contracts. It can be calculated if you know the open interest for all contracts expiring in any month. It can be tedious if you don't have an automated way to pull in that data, but fortunately there is an online calculator
