Cruncher... Excellent point. A bit further back, investors were less concerned about the impact of the suit. As the information came to light in the trial, most folks thought MSFT was coming off looking pretty back.. Check this weekly chart....not much gain this year, after good gains prior.. beta.iqc.com tso
