Thw worst is my father-in-law, he'll blurt out the "n" word in restaurants. Once even when there was a black family sitting right behind him. He's not malicious with it, but he grew up using that word and I guess old habits are hard to break, he's 72. He's an oilfield worker and supervised many African Americans in his day, he mostly talks well off them, but he has no problem with using the politically incorrect reference to them.
